Congratulation Kei Nishikori to be ranked in top 10
Hello, everyone this is Ochi. I have been following Kei's match from Spain and as you know…the time difference is really killing my sleep hours. But nothing makes me happier than seeing a follow Japanese young man to be ranked in #9 in the world.
He will be the first Japanese player to be ranked in top 10 in the world. (Pre war there were some, at least that's what I have heard.)
Post war there were three Japanese men were ranked in ATP top 100. Shuzo Matsuoka was #46, Go Soeda #47 and Tatsuma Ito #60.戦
In WTA (Women) Ai Sugiyama's best was at #8 in singles and #1 in doubles, Kimiko Date (As known as Kimiko Krumm Date) at #4 in Singles.
Kei Nishikori has visited Singapore twice two years ago. He was very popular here in Singapore.
I am so excited to watch him in 2014 French Open.
Hopefully, you will come and visit us again soon!!
